Refund Policy

Overview

This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds related to “The Black Betterment Quest” subscription memberships and donations made to our Black Social Justice organization through our website, in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada.

Subscription Membership Refunds:


Monthly and Annual Memberships: Membership fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. If you wish to cancel your membership, you may do so at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to membership benefits until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months or unused portions of your membership.

Initial Membership Fees: If you are unsatisfied with your membership within the first 7 days of your initial purchase, you may request a full refund by contacting our refunds team at refunds@theblackbettermentquest.org. Refund requests submitted after 7 days from the initial purchase will not be honored.

Renewals: Renewal payments are non-refundable. To avoid renewal charges, please cancel your membership before your renewal date.

Donation Refund Policy:


General Donations: Donations made to support our Black social justice initiatives are considered voluntary and are non-refundable. We encourage donors to review their contributions carefully before submitting.

Erroneous Transactions: If you believe a donation was made in error or without your authorization, please contact us within 14 days of the transaction. We will review your request and, if warranted, issue a refund for the erroneous donation.

Payments via Third-Party Payment Services:


Payments for memberships and donations are processed through “Zeffy” a third-party payment service platform. When you make a payment using “Zeffy,” you are also subject to their terms and refund policies. Our organization will process refund requests in accordance with this Refund Policy, but the timing and method of refunds may be affected by “Zeffy’s” policies and procedures. Please consult the terms of your payment provider for additional information regarding transaction disputes and refund processing times.

Refund Request:


To request a refund for your membership or donation, please contact us at refunds@theblackbettermentquest.org with your full name, email address, transaction details, and reason for the request.

All refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 10 business days of receipt.

Exceptions:


Refunds will not be granted for donations or memberships that have already been used to access exclusive events, content, or benefits.

We reserve the right to refuse refund requests that do not comply with this policy or are deemed fraudulent.

Changes to This Policy:


We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will become effective immediately upon posting.
